Radio Big sky
When we are not recording podcasts or narrating audio projects, Dave presents the Monday and Thursday Lunch time shows on Radio Big Sky.
Radio Big Sky, the brand-new radio station for East Anglia, targeting the counties of Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire - the Big Sky counties from where the station takes its name.
Aimed at the affluent 35-65 age group, Radio Big Sky entertains its listeners with a great mix of music from the 70s, 80s and 90s, with a generous sprinkling of music from today plus, the odd hit from the 60s.
Everybody at Radio Big Sky has a passion for delivering great radio. All of the staff are volunteers and all have a wealth of experience in the industry. Every single one of the presenting team has had to go through our audition process to be able to broadcast on air. And, Radio Big Sky only choose the best to keep you entertained and bring you great music!
At Radio Big Sky, they know from their research that whilst listeners want to hear about their local communities, they don’t want to hear long interviews. What they do want is great music interspersed with short, snappy bitesize chunks of information about the areas in which they live.
Above all, the listeners want more music and a lot less chat and that’s what Radio Big Sky promise’s to bring.
At Radio Big Sky they can be the sound track to your working week, keep you entertained whilst you go about your day, help to get you home or, to work with up to date travel and traffic news and, they’ll tell you if you need an umbrella with regualr weather bulletins. But most of all, Radio Big sky want the listener to have as much enjoyment and fun from the station as they do bringing it to you. And, at Radio Big Sky it’s all about the music!
More Music, More Fun, keep it tuned to Radio Big Sky!
Radio Big Sky is available to listen via the station’s own, free downloadable app, on smart speakers or via the website.
